Rates for person comprises:
- Breakfast,
- Cleaning local and Change laundry to every change of Client and at least twice a week,
- Supply of electric energy, water and heating,
- Use of the services and the common baths,
- Use of the existing accessories in the rooms and in the baths,
Discounts are avaible for medium and long period stays.
The rooms are indipendent from the owner's house.
